Telemedicine Initial Consultations include treatment for adult residents of Ohio. The Initial Consultation consists of Dr. Salt’s thorough review of your medical records and Intake Form. The Consultation, usually 45 minutes, includes a complimentary ebook version of You’re On Fire.
The cost is $524. This includes $149 for the review of your medical records, Intake Form, and $375 for the Telemedicine Initial Consultation.
The first Follow-Up Consultation includes interpretation, discussion, and a report of your test results. Treatment is initiated. Subsequent Follow-Up Consultations involve tweaking or changing treatment. Dr. Salt works hard to limit all Consultations to 30 minutes, but occasionally more time is needed.
30 minutes = $325
45 minutes = $375
60 minutes = $425
Annual Quick Check-Ups are for existing patients who haven’t had an appointment with Dr. Salt for a year. During this appointment, Dr. Salt will take a quick measure of your gut health. This annual appointment allows him to continue writing prescriptions for you and for you to stay on our roster. The Annual Quick Check-Up lasts 20 minutes. The cost is $200.
CapsoCamPlus is the brand new state-of-the-art computer-in-a-capsule. Many of our patients have small intestinal disorders or diseases, which need to be correctly diagnosed.
The total cost for the CapsoCamPlus study is $1390. This includes the cost of the capsule ($650+$40 Shipping), and Dr. Salt’s interpretation and report of the results ($350).
